In saltwater aquariums the potassium concentration can be kept stable in many cases by regular water changes. Nevertheless, a lack of potassium can occur due to the use of zeolites and other adsorbers. A sign of potassium deficiency is the distinct discoloration of the corals and the retraction of the polyps. With Tropic Marin® POTASSIUM, the potassium content can be brought back to its natural level and can sometimes provide a vitality boost for various corals. The colour saturation of the corals increases visibly and growth is enhanced.
