Payment and shipping
In order to comply with our obligations under the German Packaging Ordinance, we have joined the Zentek Dual System.
The dispatch of hard corals, fish, snails, shells, etc. is exclusively by live animal express!
Orders from 500.00 EURO are FREE-HOUSE (within Germany - except live animals and bulky goods)!
Germany-wide orders under 500.00 EURO will be charged with a shipping fee of 6,90 EURO.
We charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 2,50 EURO for orders under 30.- EURO.
Heavy goods, fragile goods (e.g. aquariums & lamps) as well as bulky goods are subject to separate shipping conditions and will be invoiced separately as follows.
Aquariums and aquarium furniture (shipping) = 95 EURO shipping costs within Germany.
Fluorescent tubes will be shipped as bulky goods for 15 EURO shipping costs by DHL.
The shipping costs for live animal shipping are shown in the table for live animal logistics below.
We are shipping worldwide - if your country is not listed, please contact us prior to placing an order!

Living goods are sent exclusively by live animal logistics!
- Delivery guaranteed until 12.00 o'clock
- Shipping costs 19.95 Euro per order
- Shipping days: Tuesdays to Fridays
- Shipping only after prepayment or PayPal
- All animals are professionally packed
Transport guarantee for live animal transports
: We guarantee a live arrival of the ordered animals in the inner-German area. Excluded are unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).
Transport damages and losses during live animal deliveries:
Dead animals as well as transport damages have to be reported to us immediately after arrival by phone (+49(4101)775362) or by mail: websales@aqzeno.de. In the case of live animal deliveries, only the purchase price will be refunded in case of defects. A subsequent delivery is generally excluded.
Winter packing:
In the cooler season we add heat packs depending on the weather.
In case of very bad weather conditions we reserve the right to send the shipment at a later date.
Special shipping:
Saturday and holiday delivery
:Delivery on a Saturday is also possible. The additional costs amount to 15.00 Euro. This offer is only valid for the inner-German area.

Delivery times
As far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 1 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 1 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one common shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
