Culture device for hatching large quantities of artemia eggs. The unit is mounted inside or outside the aquarium in a warm place. The hatching time depends on the ambient temperature. Capacity approx. 2.000.000 cysts per hatch. The unit can also be used to grow artemia. After about 2 weeks the animals are fully grown and can be fed. A stable wall mount and a pump for ventilation are included in the scope of delivery. A drain valve with a large diameter prevents clogging when the unit is completely emptied. The optimally positioned drain valve allows a dosed removal of the hatched artemies, whereby the shells remain in the culture unit. The upward sliding lid facilitates filling with the broodstock.
