Power Phos 500ml can - Adsorber granules on iron hydroxide basis

PowerPhos is a new type of adsorber granulate based on iron hydroxide, which safely removes phosphates and silicates from the aquarium circuit. These pollutants are firmly bound to the surface of the PowerPhos and are not released again.

With Power Phos the nutrient content of the aquarium can be kept very low.

Unwanted algae growth is effectively prevented and corals can develop their natural colours.

Application and dosage:

Please always carry out changes to the aquarium carefully!

• Use 100 ml per 300 litres of water at the beginning.
• After 5 days you can increase the amount up to 150 ml. per 300 litres of water.
• Check the PO4 content regularly, e.g. with our PO4 Test Kit.
• It is not advisable to use PowerPhos at lowest PO4 values.
• If the PO4 content increases again, replace PowerPhos with fresh material.
